In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "888ad" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at 888ad.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services.
• "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to 888ad and its operating entity.
• "You," "Player," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 888ad platform in any capacity.

• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a player's 888ad account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it — or any winnings derived from it — becomes eligible for withdrawal.

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 888ad platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering for an 888ad account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information whenever it changes. 888ad reserves the right to verify all information provided at registration and at any subsequent time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 888ad login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account following a successful 888ad login will be deemed to have been carried out by you, whether or not you actually authorised that activity.

Before processing any withdrawal, 888ad may require the account holder to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the withdrawal screen within your account.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all 888ad promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms and is applied to the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.

All casino games available on 888ad use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. The outcome of every game round is determined entirely by the RNG and cannot be influenced by 888ad, the game provider, or the player. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, 888ad's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the outcome of the affected round. If a technical error prevents a game round from completing, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's balance.

For sports betting and cricket markets specifically:

• All bets are accepted subject to 888ad's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
• 888ad reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced where the outcome was known to the player at the time of placing.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply to all sports markets. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In-play bets are accepted at 888ad's discretion and may be suspended at any time without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 888ad platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction or using VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using false identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity through the 888ad platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 888ad staff or other players through any communication channel.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without the express prior written consent of 888ad.

The 888ad name, logo, and all associated branding elements are proprietary marks of 888ad. Unauthorised use of any 888ad branding in any context — including on social media, third-party websites, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 888ad, its directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform or its Services.

888ad does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or technical failure. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Services. 888ad shall not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime.

888ad's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Services shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

888ad is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base, including all Pakistani users. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment — it must never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

888ad provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings following any 888ad login:

888ad reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Failure to complete required identity verification procedures.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request.
• A regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring account termination.

Where 888ad terminates an account due to a breach by the player, any balance held in the account at the time of termination may be forfeited in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

If informal resolution is not achieved within 45 days of the initial dispute notification, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by 888ad's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights where applicable under local law.
